An artist from Belarus mixes steampunk and Victorian England (35 photos)
Vadim Voitekhovich was born in the small Belarusian town of Mozyr. He spent most of his life in his homeland, graduating from the Bobruisk Art School. Since 2004, the artist has lived and worked in Germany. Voitekhovich loves to paint in watercolors and oils, and is often inspired by historical subjects - especially the 18th - 19th centuries. In this series, he painted scenes from Victorian London, into which atmospheric steampunk “burst.”
