Tormosov Viktor Mikhailovich was born in 1953 in the village of Elizavetinskoye, Stavropol Territory. I have been drawing since childhood. He graduated from the Krasnodar Art School, and then the Kharkov Art Institute.

Member of the Vladimir branch of the Union of Artists of Russia. The artist’s paintings are in museums in Suzdal, Vladimir, Moscow and in private collections.
