Despite having an artistic education, Abe Toshiyuki devoted most of his life to teaching. For two decades, the dream of becoming an artist remained just a dream. But at the age of 49, Toshiyuki finally decided to pick up his brushes and leave teaching. As can be seen from his paintings, this decision was the right one.
