French artist Bernard Louis Borione (1865 – 1920) (42 works)
Bernard Louis Borione, 1865 – 1920. French artist. Born in Paris. He studied with his father, the genre and portrait painter J.-M. Borion, as well as from the famous master of academic painting E.-V. Lumine. In 1889 he illustrated E. Zola’s novel “Earth”. Since 1911 he has been a regular participant in Parisian salons. Lived and worked in Paris. Author of numerous works of oil painting and watercolors. He became famous as an outstanding master of secular scenes of the 18th century.
