Elena Shirokova was born in 1961.
Graduated from State Art University (1978-1982). Works in the field of applied art (batik).
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1998.
Since 1990, Elena has been a participant in city, all-Russian and foreign exhibitions (Germany, France, Italy).
Since 1993 - personal exhibitions in Nizhny Novgorod and the region.
Since 1998, Elena Shirokova has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia and the International Association of Fine Arts - UNESCO AIAP.
Since 2003 - member of the Club of Irrealist Artists (Wanderers).
Since 2005 he has been teaching at the Department of Construction and Design at VGIPA.
Works are in private collections in Russia, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden.
