Alexander Vasilievich Maskaev was born in 1959. Graduated from the Tyumen Art School, department of easel painting. He began his creative activity in Nizhnevartovsk, for many years participating in the exhibition "Artists of Siberia" and being engaged in teaching. Member of the Union of Professional Artists of Russia. Lives and works in Lukhovitsy, Moscow region. Collaborates with many galleries in Moscow and Russia. The author's works are in private collections in Russia, Japan, Italy, Germany and other countries. He developed his own direction - fairy tales in painting for children and adults.
