Artist Laurie Kersey enjoys depicting Monterey's dramatic coastal landscapes as much as her husband, artist Brian.

For an artist living on the West Coast, there is a wide variety of subjects of interest: from sandy beaches and rocky coastlines to farmland, golden hills and oak forests.

The artist's current work includes landscapes of the California coastline and quiet countryside, elegant traditional and floral still lifes, and she also enjoys painting horses and traveling.
