Amazing optical illusions and graffiti from Moscow artist Shozy (32 photos)
Incredible works by a Russian artist who has gained international recognition thanks to his amazing 3D techniques.
Shozy was born in Moscow in 1989 and, like many other street artists, began by painting on walls, fences, trains and other urban structures. After studying at the institute and three years of training in the studio of Boris Ilyukhin, Shozy began his professional career, experimenting with different styles and aesthetics. He eventually focused on 3D technology and optical illusion art, and is now one of the experts in this genre in the world of contemporary urban art. The hallmark of his work: the effect of wrinkled and torn material, like paper or film.
Shozy frequently participates in urban art festivals and his work is currently exhibited in many cities including Sharjah, Moscow and Berlin.
