Tatsuya Tanaka creates miniature dioramas about tiny people living in a big world. The artist embodies interesting and cute scenarios in his works, using all kinds of materials: from food to stationery and equipment. He also portrays famous characters from anime, including Dragon Ball and Studio Ghibli cartoons. Tanaka became famous thanks to the “Miniature Calendar”: for seven years he posted his work every day.
