Rostov-based artist and designer Evgeny Zubkov creates works dedicated to the “Russia of the Future.”
When creating the image, the artist is partially inspired by the design of the game Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk Russia in 2077 stands out with a characteristic feature: innovation and technology coexist with the living environment and technology left over from the times of the Soviet Union.
Evgeny Zubkov says that “Russia 2077” is a project that represents a parallel reality, where exaggerated images of modern technologies contrast with ordinary landscapes and the everyday reality of provincial Russia, the scenery of which seems to be stuck out of time.
