Liu Yunsheng is a watercolor specialist. Born in 1937 in Shandong province, which is located in eastern China. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and is revered as an influential folk artist. At one time he graduated from the College of Fine Arts, today he creates as a freelance artist who has retired. Liu Yunsheng has many national and international awards and prizes in his arsenal.
