There has long been a flash mob online, in which artists redraw their old works and share their successes under the hashtag #drawthisagain (“draw it again”). As part of this flash mob, artists show their progress and the results of their work over several years.

Some of them change their style, some remain true to themselves, but the difference is sometimes really visible to the naked eye and is very motivating to work and improve.
