Anatoly Borisovich Solovtsev was born on February 15, 1957. In 1983 he graduated from the Stavropol Art School. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Since 1984 - participant of regional, zonal, all-Union, republican and foreign exhibitions. Works are available in private collections in Russia, Germany, Sweden, England, USA and other countries.
