Valery Silyanov was born in 1952 in Kaliningrad (now Korolev), Moscow region. In 1976 he graduated from the Moscow Higher Art School (formerly Stroganov) with a degree in restoration. Favorite painting style is “trompe-L,oel”. This is old Dutch style.
Since 1997 He is a member of the International Federation of Artists of the Professional and Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
